We are an East Tennessee-based pediatric speech therapy practice. We serve teletherapy clients statewide and provide in-home sessions in Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to supporting children and their families through personalized, evidence-based sessions. Our approach is child-centered and designed to meet each child where they are, while building the communication skills they need to thrive.

We provide pediatric speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and parent coaching tailored to each child’s unique needs. Services are offered in the home or through secure teletherapy, making support accessible and convenient for families. Our focus is on building functional communication skills that carry over into daily routines and real-life interactions. Meet Your Therapist

My name is Julia Spicer and I'm a licensed speech language pathologist (SLP). I've had the joy of working with kids with disabilities for more than 10 years and have spent the last 5+ years working as an SLP doing home health, school-based, clinic-based, and teletherapy! I have always loved working with children of all ages and am deeply passionate about helping them communicate. I believe communication is at the heart of human connection, and it truly means so much to me to support children and their families as they grow, connect, and share their voices with the world. I would love to walk alongside your family as we support your child on their individual communication journey!
